The property had a previous Development Approval for a truck depot with an element of civil works completed. When “Australian Natural Extracts”, the eventual purchaser, approached BIP looking for a potential site for a truck depot BIP quickly negotiated a conditional sale. WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“We were considering selling our property that had been in the family for over 100 years. We spoke to Jeff and Greg and got a very positive feeling based on their knowledge of the rural sector and importantly the zonings with the Bromelton SDA and the potential value uplift due to these zonings. After a formal campaign where Jeff and Greg undertook over 20 personal inspections of the entire property a deal was entered into. Unfortunately this deal did not proceed however Jeff and Greg to their credit were able to secure another contract with one of the other interested parties. They continued to assist by coordinating valuation inspections etc . When things slowed down their continued persistence overcame any hurdles.”
